IV Automate ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our services, including professional websites, Google Business Profile setup, and messaging automation.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information that you provide directly to us, including:
- Business Contact Information: Name, email address, phone number, business name, and business address
- Website and Profile Data: Information you provide for website creation and Google Business Profile setup, such as business descriptions, service areas, photos, and hours of operation
- Usage Data: Information about how you use our services, including access times, pages viewed, and features used
- Device Information: Information about the device you use to access our services, including device type, operating system, and browser type
- Message Content (when messaging is activated): The content of messages exchanged through our SMS service, which is necessary to provide the messaging automation service
- SMS Opt-In Data (when messaging is activated): Records of consent provided by end users to receive text messages, including the phone number, date/time of consent, and method of consent
2. How We Use and Share Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our digital growth services (websites, Google Business Profile management, and messaging automation)
- Process and complete transactions
- Send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages
- Respond to your comments, questions, and customer service requests
- Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with our services
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions and other illegal activities
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: With third-party vendors, consultants, and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf (such as cloud hosting and SMS delivery services)
- Legal Requirements: If required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities
- Protection of Rights: To protect and defend our rights or property, or the safety of our users or the public
- Business Transfers: In connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
3. SMS/Text Messaging
IV Automate is in the process of activating SMS messaging for customer support and demo inquiries. When activated, the following will apply:
SMS Program Disclosure: IV Automate will send conversational SMS only in response to inbound messages or requests from users. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. For support, contact support@ivautomate.com.
When SMS messaging is activated:
- Message frequency will vary based on your conversation
- Message and data rates may apply
- You can text STOP at any time to opt out of messages

- We will only send messages to individuals who have initiated contact or explicitly opted in
- Consent is not required to purchase any service
- Messaging will support bilingual conversations (English and Spanish), responding in the language of the customer's message
- Consent to receive messages from IV Automate is specific to IV Automate. If a client later adds messaging automation, that client will operate under its own separately registered Brand and Campaign per carrier requirements. Consent does not transfer between businesses.
4. Automated Decision-Making and AI
When messaging automation is activated, our service will use artificial intelligence (AI) to power automated responses and scheduling coordination. This means that some responses to messages may be generated by automated systems rather than humans.
You will have the right to:
- Know when you are communicating with an AI-powered system
- Request human intervention at any time during an automated conversation
- Opt out of automated decision-making for communications affecting you
- Receive an explanation of how automated decisions are made

5. Your Rights (Including California Residents)
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate personal information
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Opt out of receiving marketing communications from us
- Withdraw consent where we rely on consent to process your information
- Know what categories of personal information we collect and how it is used
- Request information about automated decision-making technology (ADMT) used in our services
- Opt out of profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects
California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. 6. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the security of your personal information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Message content is retained for the duration of your service agreement plus a reasonable period thereafter. Opt-in consent records are retained for the duration required by applicable law and carrier requirements.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
